HOW DO I GET STARTED?

INITIAL CONSULTATION

A quick, pressure-free chat with our clinical counsellor, Heather, (15 minutes) to see if you click. You can ask questions, share what’s been going on, and get a feel for what counselling with Heather is like.

FIRST SESSION

Here’s where the process slows down, settles in, and you start unpacking what brought you to The Lounge Room. Heather will ask a few guiding questions, but mostly, it’s about you... your story, your goals, your pace.

CONTINUING SESSIONS

This is where we get into the good stuff. Heather will help you start making sense of things, noticing what’s shifting, and figuring out what actually helps. No rush, no rules, just steady work that feels like relief.
